Commercial Metals Company’s CMC Steel Texas makes another move with Badische Stahl Engineering, BSE.
After awarding BSE with the EAF Revamp project last year, CMC also decided to install our “MultiROB” at their EAF. It will provide robotic automation for slag sample taking and temperature/Celox measurement through the slag door or via a small, dedicated and automated side wall door to the furnace. Our delivery includes the latest version of tool changer and cartridge rack. Installation is targeted for the end of 2022.
