In addition to the established Ladle SandMan®, development takes another step towards "The future is manless" and data-based process monitoring.
By integrating an additional sensor pickup point, the Ladle SandMan® + offers, besides the proven advantages of the Ladle SandMan®:
- Precise filling of the ladle's perforated brick with slide gate sand, thereby enabling a better opening rate
- Significant employee relief

The Ladle SandMan®+ is an ideal supplementary option to the SandMan® to enable models for refractory wear, evaluation of refractory material, and standardization with minimal work effort.
